With this information, properly obtained, it is possible to plan, implement, manage and carry out a follow-up of adequate public policies to work on this reality. The fundamental thing that we need to carry out this diagnosis is an adequate measurement of the phenomenon. This will allow us to visualize it, to size it, to apprehend it in all its multidimensionality. Una medición adecuada de la pobreza y la violencia que la misma representa, sólo se puede obtener con un diagnóstico preciso. Con esta información obtenida adecuadamente es que se puede planificar, implementar, gestionar y llevar a cabo un seguimiento de políticas públicas adecuadas para trabajar sobre esta realidad. Lo fundamental que necesitamos para llevar a cabo este diagnóstico es una adecuada medición del fenómeno. Esto nos permitirá visualizarlo, dimensionarlo, aprehenderlo en toda su multidimensionalidad. |
