With this information, properly obtained, it is possible to plan, implement, manage and carry out a follow-up of adequate public policies to work on this reality. The fundamental thing that we need to carry out this diagnosis is an adequate measurement of the phenomenon. This will allow us to visualize it, to size it, to apprehend it in all its multidimensionality.en-US
