Description: The study of judicial decisions is of great importance within the current era, it is there where the legal reasoning that resolves controversial cases are represented, especially those of higher instances of delivery of justice, one of those cases is the contradiction of thesis 293/11, which in Mexico refers to the restriction of human rights, jurisprudential criterion that we try to analyze from the perspective of legal argumentation.
El estudio de las resoluciones judiciales es de gran importancia dentro de la época actual, es ahí donde se representan los razonamientos jurídicos que resuelven casos controvertidos, sobre todo aquellos de instancias superiores de impartición de justicia, uno de esos casos es la contradicción de tesis 293/11, que en México refiere a la restricción de los derechos humanos, criterio jurisprudencial que tratamos de analizar desde la óptica de la argumentación jurídica.
