Description:	36-year-old male. He went to the otorhinolaryngology consultation due to presenting an increase in volume in the preauricular region, pain and an increase in local temperature, of 2 weeks of evolution alreadytreated with amoxicillin and diclofenac without improvement. He refers 4 previous pictures with the same symptoms in the last year, which have spontaneously drained towards the skin. Masculino de 36 años de edad. Acude a consulta de otorrinolaringología por presentar aumento de volumen en región preauricular, dolor y aumento de la temperatura local, de 2 semanas de evolución yatratado con amoxicilina y diclofenaco sin mejoría. Refiere 4 cuadros previos con la misma sintomatología en el último año, que han drenado espontáneamente hacia la piel.
