| Description: | The construction of bajareque structures has proven to be highly sustainable from an ecological, economic and sociocultural point of view, which is why it served as a reference for the realization of a technified prototype at the Autonomous University of Coahuila in Torreón. From the quantification of materials, the volumetric weight, the incorporated energy and the CO2 emissions have been comparatively analyzed in relation to a model made with conventional construction systems, quantitatively demonstrating remarkable ecological qualities of an alternative system built with technified bajareque. La edificación de estructuras de bajareque ha demostrado ser altamente sostenible desde el punto de vista ecológico, económico y sociocultural por lo que sirvió como referente para la realización de un prototipo tecnificado en la Universidad Autónoma de Coahuila en Torreón. A partir de la cuantificación de materiales se ha analizado comparativamente el peso volumétrico, la energía incorporada y las emisiones de CO2 con relación a un modelo realizado con sistemas constructivos convencionales, demostrándose de manera cuantitativa las destacables cualidades ecológicas del sistema alternativo construido con bajareque tecnificado. |
