Título:	Biopolítica y la legitimación de las vidas prescindibles

Descripción:	This text analyzes from the hermeneutical method the lack of protection and exclusion of a certain part of the population by the modern State as a response to the mechanisms of preservation and satisfaction of another part of this human existence, manifesting itself as the reverse and the obverse of the management of organic life by political power, a situation that some authors have called biopolitics. The objective is to distinguish the mechanisms that entail considering a certain part of the population as expendable and therefore excusable lives, as well as the devices aimed at their rejection, lack of protection, and elimination. The conclusions of these reflections are approached from the migratory phenomenon, as the population group that personifies these expendable lives in modernity. Este texto analiza desde el método hermenéutico la desprotección y exclusión de cierta parte de la población por parte del Estado moderno como una respuesta a los mecanismos de preservación y satisfacción de otra parte de esta existencia humana, manifestándose como el reverso y el anverso de la gestión de la vida orgánica por parte del poder político, situación que algunos autores han denominado como biopolítica. El objetivo es distinguir los mecanismos que conllevan a considerar a cierta parte de la población como vidas prescindibles y por lo tanto excusables, así como los dispositivos tendientes a su rechazo, desprotección y eliminación. Las conclusiones de estas reflexiones se abordan desde fenómeno migratorio, como el grupo poblaciones que personifica estas vidas prescindibles en la modernidad.
