| Description: | A new species of oak gallwasp, Andricus partali n. sp. (Hym., Cynipidae: Cynipini), is described from Costa Ricainducing galls on the leaves of Q. costaricensis Liebm. (Section Lobatae). We provide a description, diagnosis, and information about the distribution and biology of the new species. Una nueva especie de avispa agalladora, Andricus partali n. sp. (Hym., Cynipidae, Cynipini), es descrita de Costa Rica induciendo agallas en hojas de Quercus costaricensis Liebm. (Secci贸n Lobatae). Se proporciona la descripci贸n, diagnosis de informaci贸n sobre la distribuci贸n y biolog铆a de la nueva especie. |
