Description:	This work addresses in a reflexive approach the regulatory concepts of world patrimony, - such as the common heritage of humanity, common interest of humanity, common heritage of humanity and world heritage.  It is proposed in order to realize a genealogical mapping tending to detect the antecedents that led to the conformation and delimitation of the terms. From a critical reflexive point of view on its current configuration and functionality, it analyzes the regulatory potential in the socio-ecological context of the transnational constellation. Este trabajo aborda reflexivamente conceptos regulatorios de lo común en el derecho internacional - como los de patrimonio común de la humanidad, interés común de la humanidad, herencia común de la humanidad y patrimonio mundial -. Se propone realizar un mapeo genealógico con el fin de detectar los antecedentes que condujeron a la conformación y delimitación de los mismos. A partir de una reflexión crítica sobre su configuración y funcionalidad vigente se analiza su potencial regulatorio en el contexto socio-ecológico de la constelación transnacional.
