El sistema político estadounidense podría tener que instalarse en un nuevo Gobierno Dividido, el comúnmente llamado Divided Government. Sin embargo, esta no es una figura nueva, sin precedentes, es más, es una situación muy común e incluso típica que se vio por última vez después de las Elecciones de Medio Término de 2018. Con Donald Trump todavía como actor en la escena política de Washington, vale la pena echar un vistazo a cómo este último fue capaz de manejarlo y como en si mismo funciona.
