| Description: | Undoubtably, the covid-19 pandemic has had a great impact in education specially for the youngest children of our societies. This essay presents what has happened according to international organizations and analyses with more detail public policy for education in México, contrasting it with what is established in the International Convention of the Rights of the Child. We present suggestions on how to reestablish face to face education for children from cero to 8 years of age. La crisis provocada por la pandemia del covid-19 ha tenido un impacto fuerte en el sector educativo, principalmente para los niños y niñas más pequeños, de cero a diez años. En este ensayo se presentan datos y sugerencias relevantes de los organismos internacionales y se revisa con mayor detalle la política pública de México a la luz de los Derechos del Niño. Se analiza críticamente qué pasa con la política pública y se hacen sugerencias concretas para el regreso a clases presenciales para niños y niñas que asisten a estancias infantiles, preescolares y el primer ciclo de la primaria. |
