Description:	Along with the various harmful effects of Covid-19, in Latin America the pandemic also featured significant activism by migrants concerning access to public health, the recognition of rights, and guarantees of legal and financial protection. From the perspective of the autonomy of migration and through a qualitative analysis that includes a review of the specialized literature, interviews with key informants and direct participation in various endeavors, this article aims to explore the actions and the campaigns to confront the pandemic developed by five groups of migrant female collectives, and sexual and gender dissidents, from Argentina, Brazil, Chile and Bolivia. Using networks of solidarity and caring, and transnational campaigns such as ¡Regularización Ya! (“regularization of migrants now!”), these collectives have created a new grammar of activism and migrant resistance.  A pesar de los diversos efectos nocivos del covid-19, en Latinoamérica la pandemia también se ha caracterizado por un significativo activismo migrante en torno al acceso a la salud pública y el reconocimiento de derechos y garantías de protección legal y financiera. Desde el enfoque de la autonomía de las migraciones y mediante un abordaje cualitativo que incluye revisión de la literatura especializada, entrevistas con informantes clave y la participación directa en diversas iniciativas, este artículo tiene el propósito de analizar la actuación y las iniciativas de enfrentamiento a la pandemia desarrolladas por cinco colectivos de mujeres y disidencias sexuales y de género migrantes en Argentina, Brasil, Chile y Bolivia. A través de redes de solidaridad y cuidado y de campañas transnacionales como ¡Regularización Ya!, estos colectivos han puesto en marcha una nueva gramática del activismo y de la resistencia migrante.
