Description:	Faced with the increase in sexual harassment in universities, protocols should be issued for the prevention, investigation, management, mitigation, rejection and punishment of such behaviors, these instruments should provide for actions necessary to generate an equitable process for both parties and thus avoid re-victimization and that the violation of the presumption of innocence can be argued. Ante el aumento del acoso sexual y hostigamiento sexual en las universidades, se deben emitir protocolos para la prevención, investigación, gestión, mitigación, rechazo y sanción de dichas conductas, dichos instrumentos deben prever acciones necesarias para generar un proceso equitativo para ambas partes, así evitar la revictimización y que se pueda argumentar la violación a la presunción de inocencia.
