Description:	This article analyzes the development of features, causes and basic interests that have shaped Chinese foreign policy in Burmese ground. In order of this, gives historical context of their relationship to identify their contents, continuous and its heterogeneous nature. This article argues that Chinese presence in Burmese territory is unyielding, in spite of its consolidation has been not simple, to some extent unsure and is evolution will not be exempt of resilient pressures. En el presente artículo se analiza la evolución de las características, causas e intereses básicos que han conformado la política exterior china en suelo birmano. Para ello, se ofrece un recuento de su contexto histórico que nos permita identificar el ámbito en el que se sitúan sus contenidos, sus constantes y su heterogeneidad. En el artículo se sostiene que a pesar de que la presencia y el protagonismo chino en territorio birmano son inexorables, su proceso de consolidación no ha sido sencillo, en todo caso ha sido incierto y su evolución no estará exenta de fuertes presiones.
