This paper tackles different ways of disagreeement which can be seen in clinical ethics, considering the brevity of time to resolve differences. Thus, three alternative solutions are provided according to Jonsen’s casuistry proposal, Hottois’s pragmatist alternative and Bordes’s consideration of interests. Para ello se ofrecen tres alternativas de solución según la propuesta casuística de Jonsen, la alternativa pragmatista de Ottois y la consideración de intereses de Bordes. |
