Description:	Este artículo analiza la configuración del poder alrededor del coronel Rodolfo Tostado Loaiza y, de su brazo político en Mazatlán compuesto por la Federación Revolucionaria de Obreros y Campesinos (FROC) y, la Liga de Comunidades Agrarias y Sindicatos de Obreros y Campesinos “Jacobo Gutiérrez” (LCASOCJG). En contraparte se erigía el poder de la Federación de Sindicatos y Uniones de Obreras y Campesinas de la Municipalidad de Mazatlán (FSUOCMM), que trababa alianzas políticas con la Confederación Regional Obrera Mexicana (CROM) con el fin de disputar el mando a los loaicistas en el ayuntamiento. Struggles, conflicts and political bickering in the South of Sinaloa during the cardenismo This article analyzes the configuration of power around Colonel Rodolfo Loaiza Tostado and its political arm in Mazatlan composed of the Revolutionary Federation of Workers and Peasants (FROC) and the League of Agrarian Communities and Unions of Workers and Peasants “Jacobo Gutiérrez” (LCASOCJG).
