El mayor reto que tenemos en América Latina es construir un proyecto político de amplia convocatoria, enérgico, extenso, movilizador y ante todo dotado de un sujeto político que abra las compuertas hacia la emancipación política, derribe las barricadas del neocolonialismo y desmorone los esquemas del modelo extractivista, primario exportador vigente que empobrece a grandes sectores de la población y despoja de los bienes naturales estratégicos a nuestros pueblos. |
