The Inter-American Commission on Human Rights (IACHR) welcomes the compliance of the Mexican State with a measure of non-repetition established in the friendly settlement agreement of the Antonio Jacinto López Case, through the creation of a Protocol for the implementation of precautionary measures of the IACHR In this regard, it should be noted that the case is related to the lack of investigation of the murder of Mr. Antonio Jacinto López while he was the beneficiary of this type of protection measures. La Comisión Interamericana de Derechos Humanos (CIDH) saluda el cumplimiento del Estado mexicano de una medida de no repetición establecida en el acuerdo de solución amistosa del Caso Antonio Jacinto López, a través de la creación de un Protocolo para la implementación de medidas cautelares de la CIDH. Al respecto, es de indicar que el caso se relaciona con la falta de investigación del homicidio del señor Antonio Jacinto López mientras era beneficiario de este tipo de medidas de protección. |
