Description:	A watershed for the children and adolescents’ rights was the publication of a General Law in the year 2014, which enlists and establishes a number of rights contemplating their right to live and to have access to an adequate life. The present reflexive analysis pretends to determine if the application or non-application of this Law to specific and concrete cases provides the children and adolescents that so called well-being and adequate life.   Uno de los parteaguas de los derechos de las niñas, niños y adolescentes fue la publicación en el 2014 de la Ley General de sus derechos que enlista y establece un cúmulo de los mismos, entre ellos, el derecho a vivir o tener una vida adecuada. Con este análisis reflexivo se pretende advertir si la aplicación o no de la Ley en casos concretos genera tal bienestar infantil a una vida adecuada.
