| Description: | This argumentative work presents as its main objective to briefly theoretically address particularities about open government and citizen participation in Venezuela, around conceptual aspects, their characteristics: transparency, participation and collaboration and a reference to Venezuelan laws. It should be noted that Open Government has generated an openness to its study in recent years in the area of Political Science worldwide. It justifies its importance in the current need to increase the level of satisfaction of citizens where efficiency in their performance is sought in government entities and agencies. The methodology is based on a documentary research, where through interpretation the contents of some texts will be analyzed. In the case of Venezuela, unfortunately it is barely making any push on the issue of open government. Este trabajo argumentativo presenta como objetivo principal abordar de forma brevemente teórica particularidades sobre el gobierno abierto y la participación ciudadana en Venezuela, en torno a aspectos conceptuales, sus características: transparencia, participación y colaboración y una referencia a las leyes venezolanas. Cabe destacar que el Gobierno Abierto ha generado una apertura a su estudio en los últimos años en el área de la Ciencia Política a nivel mundial. Justifica su importancia en la actual necesidad de aumentar el nivel de satisfacción de los ciudadanos donde se busca en los entes y organismos gubernamentales la eficiencia en su desempeño. La metodología está basada en una investigación documental, donde a través de la interpretación se analizarán los contenidos de algunos textos. En el caso de Venezuela, lamentablemente apenas está impulsándose en el tema del gobierno abierto. |
