| Description: | Once a comparative analysis of the legislations and criteria of the constitutional courts between Mexico and Colombia was made, with respect to the reinforced labor stability of pregnant women, it was evident that there are great similarities and differences between both. Una vez hecho un análisis comparado de las legislaciones y criterios de las cortes constitucionales entre México y Colombia, con respecto a la estabilidad laboral reforzada de mujeres embarazadas, se pudo evidenciar que existen grandes similitudes y diferencias entre ambas. |
