Description: The facts of the present case are contextualized during the military government in Panama. On May 14, 1970, Heliodoro Portugal, promoter of the "Movement of Revolutionary Unity" of 36 years of age, was in a cafe located in the city of Panama. Two people in civilian clothes got out of a van and forced Mr. Portugal into the vehicle, which left for an unknown destination.
Los hechos del presente caso se contextualizan durante el gobierno militar en Panamá. El 14 de mayo de 1970, Heliodoro Portugal, promotor del “Movimiento de Unidad Revolucionaria” de 36 años de edad, se encontraba en un café ubicado en la ciudad de Panamá. Dos personas vestidas de civil se bajaron de una camioneta y obligaron al señor Portugal a subir al vehículo, el cual partió con rumbo desconocido.
