| Description: | The facts of the present case began with the arrest on February 14 and 15, 1986 of Nolberto Durand Ugarte and Gabriel Pablo Ugarte Rivera by members of the Counter-Terrorism Directorate in Peru. The detention was based on his alleged participation in acts of terrorism. On March 4, 1986, they were transferred by court order to the El Frontón prison. Los hechos del presente caso se iniciaron con la detención el 14 y 15 de febrero de 1986 de Nolberto Durand Ugarte y Gabriel Pablo Ugarte Rivera por efectivos de la Dirección contra el Terrorismo en el Perú. La detención se basó en su presunta participación en actos de terrorismo. El 4 de marzo de 1986 fueron trasladados por orden judicial al penal de El Frontón. |
