El citado derecho humano, como principio adjetivo, se configura por distintas facetas que, aunque son interdependientes y complementarias entre sí, pueden distinguirse conceptualmente en dos modalidades: 1) la igualdad formal o de derecho; y, 2) la igualdad sustantiva o de hecho.
