Description:	The aforementioned human right, as an adjective principle, is shaped by different facets that, although they are interdependent and complementary to each other, can be conceptually distinguished in two modalities: 1) formal or legal equality; and, 2) substantive or de facto equality. El citado derecho humano, como principio adjetivo, se configura por distintas facetas que, aunque son interdependientes y complementarias entre sí, pueden distinguirse conceptualmente en dos modalidades: 1) la igualdad formal o de derecho; y, 2) la igualdad sustantiva o de hecho.
