Nos encontramos en un nuevo paradigma constitucional en México, el origen es el reciente artículo primero de nuestra constitución que incorpora los Derechos Humanos, atrás quedó el modelo de garantías individuales que desde el 5 de febrero de 1917 y hasta antes del 10 de junio de 2011 prevaleció en el ordenamiento mexicano.
