Description:	This work considers the variety of public discourses in Mexico about the legitimacy and inclusion of sexual diversity and difference; its purpose is to reveal the struggles for the establishment of a given socio-sexual order, as well as the social tensions arising from changes in ethical, moral and religious values around the subject of sexuality. El análisis de los discursos generados por diversos actores sociales (funcionarios públicos, religiosos, voceros de organizaciones civiles) en México, respecto de la legitimación e inclusión de lo diverso y diferente, en lo que a sexualidad se refiere, busca hacer visible la disputa por la legitimación de un determinado orden sociosexual, así como la tensión social generada por la transformación del marco ético/moral/ religioso de la sexualidad.
