| Description: | El presente estudio tuvo como objetivos comparar los niveles de estrés académico entre diversas carreras universitarias e identificar sus diferencias conforme el sexo y edad de los participantes. Los resultados muestran que existen diferencias esta¬dísticamente significativas en la factor “Situaciones generadoras de estrés” entre los sexos y la tendencia ligera a que los estudiantes de Medicina y los mayores de 22 años obtengan puntajes más elevados en la variable de estudio. Se sugiere ampliar las investigaciones en otros contextos, además de considerar otros in¬dicadores que pudieran correlacionar o incluso explicar la presencia del estrés académico. The present study had as objectives to compare the levels of academic stress among various university careers and to identify the differences according to sex and age of the participants. The results show that there are statistically significant differences in the factor of “Situations generating stress” between sex and the slight tendency for students of Medicine and 22 years older students to get higher scores in the study variable. It is suggested to make further studies in other contexts, and considering other indicators that could relate or explain the presence of academic stress as well. |
