| Abstract: | El término testamento proviene del Latin testamentum, que para Alfonso el Sabio, testatio-mentis, significaba el testimonio de la mente y para otros, testibus-mentio, era la mención de los testigos. La Ley de las XII Tablas consagró como un derecho de todos los ciudadanos el disponer libremente de sus bienes después de su muerte y su voluntad debía de ser respetada. |
