Fue designado jefe político de Lagos y posteriormente director de Educación en Jalisco. A lo largo de su carrera literaria incursionó en el teatro, el cuento y el ensayo crítico, además de la novela, género donde obtuvo mayor reconocimiento. Es considerado uno de los fundadores de la literatura de la Revolución mexicana. |
