| Descripción: | The reproductive phenology of Thelocactus bicolor (Galeotti ex Pfeiff.) Britton & Rose, in addition to monitoring the insects that interacted with the flowers of this plant, located in the Botanical Garden Efraím Hernández Xolocotzi located in Linares, Nuevo León, and in two nurseries for rescued plants located in Guadalcázar, San Luis Potosí, was registered. The study was carried out in 2020, selecting and marking ten individuals located in 1 m², to evaluate the presence of their phenological stages (immature flower, intermediate flower, mature flower, immature fruit, ripe fruit, fruit in dispersion) through fortnightly sampling for a year, registering the activity and time in which arthropods interacted with the flowers of this cactus. The cacti began flowering in the months of January and February at the three study sites. The mature flower stage only appeared in the Guadalcázar localities therefore, no insects were captured at the site located in Nuevo León. The Jacard similarity index showed a 50% of similarity between the registered arthropods of the Guadalcázar sites. Se registró la fenología reproductiva de Thelocactus bicolor (Galeotti ex Pfeiff.) Britton & Rose, además de monitorear los insectos que presentaron una interacción con las flores de esta planta, la cual estaba localizada en el Jardín Botánico Efraím Hernández Xolocotzi, Linares, Nuevo León y en dos centros de acopio de plantas rescatadas ubicados en Guadalcázar, San Luis Potosí. El estudio se realizó en el año 2020, seleccionando y marcando diez individuos ubicados en 1 m², para evaluar la presencia de sus estadios fenológicos (flor inmadura, flor intermedia, flor madura, fruto inmaduro, fruto maduro, fruto en dispersión) mediante muestreos quincenales durante un año, registrando la actividad y horario en que los insectos interactuaban con las flores de esta cactácea. Los individuos iniciaron la floración en los meses de enero y febrero en los tres sitios de estudio. La etapa de flor madura sólo se presentó en los centros de acopio de Guadalcázar, S.L.P., sin registrar insectos en el sitio ubicado en Nuevo León. El índice de similitud de Jacard para determinar el porcentaje de similitud mostró 50% de similitud entre los insectos capturados en los sitios de Guadalcázar. |
