dc.descriptionThe present study shows the perception of a group of work­ers of the University of Guada­lajara, in the University Center of Art Architecture and Design (CUAAD), with respect to aspects of facilities, work conditions and work environment. The applica­tion of surveys was carried out to detect the congruence between the perception of the workers and the objective of the Institutional Development Plan (PDI) in its ob­jective 4.4 that mentions “Reduce the asymmetries of the entities of the Network in terms of human resourc­es, infrastructure and equipment. “ The objective was to identify, if the perception of the workers is in ac­cordance with this objective or any update or proposal is required to propitiate the satisfactory work en­vironment during the development of the administrative and academic processes of the university. Some la­bor aspects of the administrative per­sonnel were taken into account, such as: training, remuneration, working conditions, motivation, leadership, ethics and values. It was considered a sample of unionized workers, by fees and trust. The results show in percentages the relationship that ex­ists between the perception of work­ers and satisfaction with the aspects of their work environment evaluated. Some actions are suggested that can be taken into account to improve this perception.en-US
dc.descriptionEl presente estudio, muestra la percepción de un grupo de trabajadores de la Universidad de Guadalajara, en el Centro Universitario de Arte Arquitec­tura y Diseño (CUAAD), con respecto a instalaciones, condiciones de trabajo y clima laboral. Se realizó la aplicación de encuestas para detectar la congruencia entre la percepción de los trabajadores y el objetivo del Plan de Desarrollo Ins­titucional (PDI) en su objetivo 4.4 que menciona “Reducir las asimetrías de las entidades de la Red en cuanto a recur­sos humanos, infraestructura y equipa­miento”. El objetivo fue identificar si en el área de estudio, la percepción de los trabajadores es acorde a este objeti­vo o se requiere alguna actualización o propuesta para propiciar el clima laboral satisfactorio durante el desarrollo de los procesos administrativos y académicos de la universidad. Se tomaron en cuenta, algunos aspectos laborales del personal administrativo tales como: capacitación, remuneración, condiciones de trabajo, motivación, liderazgo, ética y valores. Se consideró una muestra de trabajado­res sindicalizados, por honorarios y de confianza. Los resultados mues­tran en porcentajes la relación que existe entre la percepción de los trabajadores y la satisfacción con los aspectos de su ambiente labo­ral evaluados. Se sugieren algunas acciones que pueden ser tomadas en cuenta para mejorar esta per­cepción.  es-ES
