| Descripción: | Once the idea or theme has been conceived, the researcher must raise the current problem in relation to the topic to be studied. Raising the problem requires time to be able to review the current literature as well as to reflect on and explore it. A fundamental aspect of the approach to the problem is the delimitation. In the words of Hernández, Fernández and Baptista (2014): "planting the problem is nothing more than refining and more formally structuring the idea of ??research...delimiting is the essence of quantitative approaches" (p. 36). The information written in the statement of the problem must be derived from the scientific literature, since it is important that this information is cited and is supported by scientific evidence. Una vez concebida la idea o el tema, el investigador deberá de plantear la problemática actual en relación al tema que se quiere estudiar. Plantear la problemática requiere tiempo para poder revisar la literatura actual así como para reflexionarla y explorarla. Un aspecto fundamental del planteamiento del problema, es la delimitación. En palabras de Hernández, Fernández y Baptista (2014): “plantear el problema no es sino afinar y estructurar más formalmente la idea de investigación...delimitar es la esencia de los planteamientos cuantitativos” (p. 36). La información redactada en el planteamiento del problema debe derivarse de la literatura científica, ya que es importante que esta información sea citada y esté fundamentada con evidencia científica. |
