| dc.description | The relationship between inhabited space and built space is a relationship that has traditionally been approached from the paradigm of habitability. Currently, for Mexico it has become a substantive research condition, as a result of social housing production based on spatial schemes that have not favored a dignified and inclusive life for large population groups in the country. Its design has been subject to normative restrictions prevailing in the provisions at a federal and local level, as well as those of the National Housing Plan (PNV) and the public housing policies of Mexico for more than 60 years. The need to study the person and his/her culture, as well as his/her relationship with the inhabited space and how it is inhabited is evident. Thus, we will focus on the analysis of the inhabited space and the built space under the premises of being and of staying in the house, both for the person who dwells, as well as for the dwelling. Therefore, the purpose is to study the inhabiting of being and staying, to assess how they influence the experience of living and the development of habitability as a process that occurs in the relationship between interior and exterior. The article is developed from the conceptual and normative dimension: the first is proposed from the identification of the characteristics of inhabiting-habitability, while the second is proposed from a longitudinal perspective, as a timeline. | en-US |
| dc.description | La relación entre el espacio habitado y el espacio edificado es una relación que se ha abordado tradicionalmente desde el paradigma de la habitabilidad. En la actualidad, para México se ha convertido en una condición sustantiva de investigación, como resultado de la producción de vivienda social basada en esquemas espaciales que no han favorecido la vida digna e inclusiva de amplios grupos de población en el país. El diseño se ha sujetado a restricciones de índole normativo imperante en las disposiciones a nivel estatal y local, así como las propias del Plan Nacional de Vivienda (PNV) y las políticas públicas habitacionales de México por más de 60 años. Es evidente la necesidad de estudiar a la persona y su cultura, así como su relación con el espacio que habita y el cómo lo habita, de modo que nos centraremos en el análisis del espacio habitado y el espacio edificado bajo las premisas del ser y del estar de la casa, tanto de la persona que habita, así como del habitáculo. Por tanto, el propósito es estudiar el habitar del ser y el estar, con la finalidad de valorar como influyen en la experiencia de habitar y la gestación de la habitabilidad como proceso que acontece en la relación interior y exterior. El artículo se desarrolla desde la dimensión conceptual y normativa: la primera se propone desde la identificación de las características del habitar-habitabilidad, en tanto que la segunda se propone a partir de un recorrido longitudinal como línea de tiempo. | es-ES |
