dc.descriptionAfter a brisk secularizator period in Mexico (Laws of Reform), in the Porfiriato was recorded a tacit Concordat of the State with the Catholic Church that was questioned in the phase of construction of the State derived from the Mexican Revolution. With the affirmation of their national State, political sovereignty post-revolutionary took educational, moralizing and functions of social reform in opposition to the work that the Catholic Church had been doing. In this article I examine the social and political history since the imprint that the national State and the Catholic Church.have set in a local society. dc.descriptionLuego de un período secularizador enérgico en México (Leyes de Reforma), se registró en el Porfiriato un tácito concordato con la Iglesia católica que fue cuestionado en la fase de construcción del Estado derivado de la Revolución Mexicana. Con la afirmación de su soberanía política, el Estado nacional posrevolucionario asumió funciones educativas, moralizantes y de reforma social en oposición a la labor que había venido realizando la Iglesia católica. En este artículo examino desde la historia social y política, la impronta que el Estadonacional y la Iglesia católica han fijado en una sociedad local. Se destaca cómoen la apropiación y contestación que los actores locales hacen de los particularesproyectos de sociedad de las dos instituciones, se generan sentidos de vida.es-ES
