Description: This article analyzes the mechanisms of inequality and expressions of ethnic racism that run through the history of indigenous peoples in Argentina and that are reproduced and stressed in the sociodynamic of the micropolitics of a rural hostel school located in the province of Salta in Argentina. From the stories of school experiences of young people from the Tastil indigenous people, humiliation and discrimination practices are interpreted that lead to feelings of inferiority.
El presente artículo analiza los mecanismos de la desigualdad y las expresiones del racismo étnico que atraviesan la historia de los pueblos indígenas en Argentina y que se reproducen y tensionan en la sociodinámica de la micropolítica de una escuela albergue rural localizada en la provincia de Salta en Argentina. A partir de los relatos de experiencias escolares de jóvenes del pueblo indígena Tastil se interpretan prácticas de humillación y discriminación que conllevan sentimientos de inferioridad.
