Descripción:	The objective of this article is to analyze the main stylistic features and symbolic values ??present in Jules Chéret's posters that are related to the work of the artist Giovanni Tiepolo. The analysis was developed using Erwin Panofsky's iconographic method, in which the levels of primary or natural significance were taken attending to the phatic and expressive functions that constitute a pre-iconographic description of the elements of the poster; Additionally, the secondary or conventional significance for establishing the relationship between artistic motifs and the topics addressed, the concepts manifested in images and allegories present in the works analyzed at the iconographic level was studied; Finally, at the iconological level, the intrinsic significance was obtained through the symbolic values ??of the poster, finding the relationship between both authors from two basic concepts, the divine and the mundane. El objetivo del presente artículo es analizar los principales rasgos estilísticos y los valores simbólicos presentes en los carteles de Jules Chéret, que guardan relación con la obra del artista Giovanni Tiepolo. El análisis se desarrolló mediante el método iconográfico de Erwin Panofsky (1995), del que se tomaron los niveles de significación primaria o natural atendiendo a las funciones fática y expresiva, que constituyen una descripción pre-iconográfica de los elementos del cartel; adicionalmente, se estudió la significación secundaria o convencional para el establecimiento de la relación de los motivos artísticos y los temas abordados, los conceptos manifiestos en imágenes y alegorías presentes en las obras analizadas en el nivel iconográfico; finalmente, en el nivel iconológico se obtuvo la significación intrínseca mediante los valores simbólicos del cartel, encontrando la relación entre ambos autores a partir de dos conceptos básicos: lo divino y lo mundano.
