dc.descriptionThis work emphasizes the indivisible relationship between those concepts related to the social phenomenon of housing from the perspective of the optimal use of energy, and their economic impact on construction systems, highlighting the importance associated with the comfort of the built space without forgetting the welfare of the inhabitants. For practical purposes, this text raises the possibility of conceiving a built environment of social interest that allows a radical change in the mentality of those who plan, promote and inhabit housing is considered. The foregoing is supported by a comparative and qualitative analysis of the characteristics of construction companies, distinguishing between them the applicability of the time-dependent heat transfer model, the incorporation of passive air conditioning methods and the type of construction in itself.en-US
dc.descriptionEl presente trabajo enfatiza la indivisible relación existente entre aquellos conceptos relacionados al fenómeno social de la vivienda desde la perspectiva del uso óptimo de la energía, el impacto económico de los mismos en los sistemas constructivos haciendo destacando la importancia asociada al confort del espacio construido sin olvidar el bienestar de los moradores. Para fines prácticos se plantea la posibilidad de concebir un medio edificado de interés social que permita un cambio radical en la mentalidad de aquellos que planean, promueven y habitan la vivienda. Lo anterior se respalda por un análisis comparativo y cualitativo de las características generales de las empresas constructoras, distinguiendo en las mismas la aplicabilidad del modelo de transferencia de calor dependiente del tiempo, la incorporación de métodos pasivos de climatización y la tipología misma de lo construido.  es-ES
