| Descripción: | Undoubtedly, society changes all the time and is transformed at its own pace. It is not the Law or Public Policies that can -although it is intended- achieve substantial changes to improve society, we understand perfectly that these help, but we must go further to involve people, those "on foot" citizens, and thus achieve the much-needed purpose of rebuilding the social fabric and institutions in our Rule of Law. Indudablemente la sociedad cambia todo el tiempo y se transforma a su propio ritmo, no es la Ley o las Políticas Públicas las que pueden –por más que se pretenda- lograr cambios substanciales para mejorar la sociedad, entendemos perfectamente que éstas ayudan, pero hay que ir más allá para lograr involucrar a la gente, a esos ciudadanos de “a pie”, y así lograr el propósito tan necesario de reconstruir el tejido social y las instituciones en nuestro Estado de Derecho. |
