Descripción:	The recent approval and entry into force of the New Civil and Commercial Codeof the Nation, which was auspicious and necessary, apparently repeats oblivionand the lack of integral regulation in agrarian matter. The historical reality marksthe importance of the agrarian activity in the Argentine; however, it has not beenreflected in legislative treatment, which was always partial and unsystematic, productof political ideological context that inspired State intervention in the economy. Thepurpose of this article is to present an unprecedented approach, supporting the legalreception of Agrarian Enterprise in the art. 320 Civil and Commercial Code, whichis a novelty for the Argentine Agrarian Law. This perspective is valuable for futureresearch. La reciente aprobación y entrada en vigencia del Nuevo Código Civil yComercial de la Nación, auspiciosa y necesaria, en apariencia repite el olvidoy la falta de regulación integral en materia agraria. La realidad histórica marcala importancia de la actividad agraria en Argentina, sin embargo, ello no se havisto reflejado en su tratamiento legislativo, siempre parcial y asistemático,producto del contexto ideológico político que animó la intervención delEstado en la economía. El propósito de este artículo es presentar un enfoqueinédito, que sustenta la recepción legal de la Empresa Agraria en el art.320 Código Civil y Comercial, lo que constituye un hecho novedoso parael Derecho Agrario Argentino. Este punto de vista es valioso para futurasinvestigaciones.
