dc.description.abstractThis research reviews how Brown Forman at Innovations and applications Department manage, conducts and maintain their services, projects and procedures for new technologies, reviewing best practices found in in different frameworks in the technology environments. It presents an overview of IT frameworks the author of this thesis considers are appropriated for the business in a global organization in were many areas are involved, presented as business framework that will benefit the way companies with IT departments, establishes the best approach the author considers is the best solution for Brown Forman.
